			DirectLead Anti-spam Policy 
			
			
DirectLead's Services focus on a web-based tool which delivers content through 
email when user sends a campaign. While all users make use of  
DirectLead as an intermediate channel to deliver message to their recipients, DirectLead does not actually send customer content 
to recipients on a customer's behalf. 
DirectLead has a strict anti-spam policy. User accounts will be terminated if they send unsolicited email 
messages. Please report any suspected abuse to sales@direct-lead.com. ISPs and blacklists administrators may 
also report to  us at sales@direct-lead.com. Please report with the complete email in question, including headers. 
If applicable, please also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link at the bottom of the email if you 
no longer wish to receive emails from that sender. We will take the appropriate action against the sender of 
the email in question.
 
			
Users of DirectLead is the actual sender of emails. As the sender of 
emails, users are required to comply with the terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws.
We have a no tolerance spam policy. Your account will be immediately terminated if you send spam and 
you will be obligated to indemnify DirectLead against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a 
result of such spam. Generally, spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to persons with whom you have not 
requested (opted-in to) your mailing.
			 
			 
			
			What DirectLead's Users agree with 
			
			
			Each DirectLead user must agree to only send permission-based emails. "Permission-based" means 
			
			that all recipients must have opted-in to receive communications from that customer.
			
			An opt-in recipient could be collected via a sign-up form on a web site, at a point-of-sale sign-up 
			
			form, or on a physical sign-up sheet. Any opt-in form should include a clear description of what will 
			
			be sent. Purchased lists may not be used within the DirectLead system, regardless of the source or 
			
			permission status.			
			 
			
			 
			
			What DirectLead's Users may not do 
			
			
			 
				- Purchase list
 
				- Re-subscribe recipients without their permission
 
				- Send out irrelevant content to recipients
 
				- Add a contact without recipient's permission
 
				- Transfer existing recipients to third parties
 
			 		
			
			
			 
			
			How do we handle spam account 
			
			
			DirectLead does not tolerate any spamming. Your account will be immediately terminated 
			
			if you send spam. Generally, spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to recipients 
			
			who did not agree to receive email from the sender. DirectLead provides the service only to those 
			
			who follow our anti-spam policy strictly. If you send out emails to addresses not obtained in any opting-in form to your 
			
			list, you may incur a penalty equal to $1000 (HK) for each email or any greater amount that may be imposed under applicable country, federal or 
			
			foreign regulations.
